Humak University of Applied Sciences ((フィンランド語:Humanistinen ammattikorkeakoulu), i.e. "Humanist"; HUMAK) is a university of applied sciences (a polytechnic) in Finland. Humak is leading educator in the humanities and pedagogy as well as cultural management in Finland.〔http://www.humak.fi/en/studies/studying-humak/degree-programmes〕 Humak operates nationally and its regional units are located in the Metropolitan Helsinki (Helsinki, Kauniainen and Nurmijärvi), Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Turku.〔http://www.humak.fi/en/contact〕 In addition Humak has campuses in Tornio and Joensuu. Along with DIAK Humak is the only Polytechnic in Finland having a national network of education and RDI-institutes.
